TURN INVENTORY CLARITY INTO REVENUE AND TRUST

In luxury retail, clients expect magic: the right piece, in the right size, at the right moment. Behind the scenes, the reality was messy. Inventory lived in separate systems across boutiques, warehouse, and digital flows, which meant staff could not always trust what they saw. Promises were made, then broken. Sales were lost, and the Chanel experience took the hit.

We set out to design a single inventory app that gives boutique teams, stock teams, and retail managers one reliable view of stock across all locations, without breaking the luxury service experience.

DIFFERENT ROLES, ONE ADAPTABLE SYSTEM

DIFFERENT ROLES, ONE ADAPTABLE SYSTEM

The system is built from modular blocks so each role sees what they need first. Sales associates get fast access to search, live availability, and reservations to secure items for clients. Store managers see a higher-level view with sales performance, stock health, and transfers. The same components are reused and rearranged, so the UI stays consistent but adapts cleanly to different responsibilities.

ALWAYS ONE SEARCH AWAY

ALWAYS ONE SEARCH AWAY

Boutique teams told us that searching was how their day really started: they constantly look up items, clients, and availability while talking to someone in front of them. Based on this, we made search a first-class action and placed a persistent search bar at the top of every screen, so users are never more than one step away from the information they need.

ONE CALM, CONFIDENT VIEW IN A COMPLEX NETWORK

The UX is structured to give each user one clear, prioritized view of what matters to them: live availability, client-impacting exceptions, and next best actions. Visuals stay calm and minimal so the luxury feeling comes from the service, not loud UI, while the system quietly handles the complexity of locations, channels, and flows in the background.
